I recently got a new computer. I installed the printer software and it successfully printed out a test page. It shows up in devices and printers. Device manager says it is working properly. However, it won't print out anything else. No PDFs, no Word documents, no web pages. I just keep on getting the error message that I put in the subject heading, on a grey page. I've turned it off and on again, I've removed and reset the cables. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone know what's going on here?
The Troubleshooter could find nothing wrong.
I have reinstalled the printer software.
Again, the error message received is; "The selected printer is not available or not installed correctly. Check your printer or try selecting another printer"
