Hi Pritam222

It is likely that the service called Remote Procedure Call is stopped

Please perform the following steps to reactivate it:

1. Locate in Windows Desktop, press the [Windows] + [X] keys and select: Run.

2. Type services.msc, and click OK.

3. Find the service "Call Remote Procedure" and double click on it.

4. Check that the startup type is automatic and the service status is started.

Then, update and repair the system files, through the processes from point 1: Check that you have the latest Windows updates and device drivers, in the technical note: Suggestions to improve the performance of the computer in Windows 10

Another alternative is to create a new user profile using the procedures in the technical article: Create a local administrator or user account in Windows 10.

Then you might have a problem with your Hard Drive, Ram Memory or Windows Install.

Ok I'll give you some tips.

1.- Review the Ram Memory with (Memtest86)

https://www.memtest86.com/

2.- Check your SSD or HDD with (chkdsk)

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee8...

3.- Re-create the USB or DVD to install the Operating System, because sometimes it is damaged or corrupted.

It's just a fresh installation, no issue there.

Did all the test and everything is fine.

Ok I understand but many times in the new installations in Windows it is not well installed and it is recommendable to create the USB drive and install it again.
