The process C:\Windows\System32\RuntimeBroker.exe Shutting Down (NO/NEVER RESTART) Windows 10

Hello,

Could you give me a suggestion to try to solve this random problem. My pc shutdown randomly (no restart) without a rule. When it happensd I need to start manually. This behavior It is not linked to windows updates or something else. It appens during working hours.

On event viewer I find event id 1074: The process C:\Windows\System32\RuntimeBroker.exe (mypcname) has initiated the power off of computer (mypcname) on behalf of user (mypcname\myusername) for the following reason: Other (Unplanned)

My PC: ASUS n552vw

OS: Windows 10, 10.0.19043 Build 19043

Note:

1. There is no events like id 1001/6008 on my event viewer also there is no blue screen.

2. I turn off the auto windows update. i personally do it manually and my windows version/build are always uptodate.

3. This is my pro edition and dont have any group policy.

4. Every security is uptodate and Windows Defender is clean, no malware detected.

5. My every application/software/driver are uptodate (i always check one by one), so there is no chance of backdated versions.

I have done possible everything i could. but no solution and i do not know how to solve it.

Can anyone help regarding this? Thanks in advance.

Solaiman

I had performed Clean boot, but nothing happens. The problem remain same.

I have submited a report on Feedback Hub, let see can some one came up with something that solves my problem.

As i researched, many of other w10 users are facing the same issue but they even could not solve it yet. I had read through the comments, all are reporting but nothing concrete yet.

Thanks Again.
