The operator or administrator has refused the request. How to FIX Error 0x800710E0

I am repeatedly getting this error in Windows 10 laptop and my 3 separate tasks are not starting and getting error link this every day. It work for 1 or 2 day then start giving errors. How to resolve this error. I need a proper solution for this. please give.

Hi,

The "Administrators" refers to who has control of the task being created, in this case the system administrator.
(Remember to click on Check Names when typing "Administrators", if any error occurs, just type "Administrator" and click on Check Names again)

Stop the existing instance: The Task Scheduler service will stop the instance of the task that is already running, and run the new instance of the task.
