The instruction at “0x7c90ff56” referenced memory at “0x00000586”. The memory could not be “read”.

This occurs when trying to save something… The “Save” actually takes place but this error message comes up.


It might be ram or hard drive issues.

Check your ram with MemTest86  and hard drive with hdtune.

Thanks for your response. I had already run MenTest86 and found no issues. I have now tried HD Tune and have attached the results. I am new at this and can't determine if the Benchmark shows a problem or not - - how can I get an answer to that?
