The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

I have a machine taht rebooted it self and upon checking in the even viewer, I got the below error messagea and critical message

Error:

Critical:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I want to know the cause of the restart. It could be a stopped responding or a crashed but I need a proof. It couldn't be lost power because the desktop is pluggin into a UPS.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

Your minidump files jsut indicate generic RAM corruption errors, nothing specific as the cause of the crashes.

The best first option is to open the Memory Diagnostics utility and run a full scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors.

If no RAM errors are found, to try to force Windows to show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point
