Firstly, I suggest you to go to Task manager and End task of the DU speed meter and then try to complete the operation.
Also, I suggest you to delete all the files under temp folder, follow the steps below:
Press Windows key + R.
Type in ‘%temp%’ in the run box and click Ok.
Delete all the files and folders in this location.
If issue still persists, refer the steps suggested by ‘Muhammad Adeel Javaid’ on March 21, 2013 and check if it helps:
