tcpip.sys fail windows 10

Hi, i have an Asus TUF A15 and whenever i download something it gives me BSoD irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sys fail even after i reinstalled the windows and formating all the partition, i've took the laptop to the official service because i got warranty, and they told me that is a software problem.

My question is can a BSoD still remain even after reinstalling the windows and wiping all from it? (laptop is still in service and i can't post the dump files)

I appreciate the efforts taken by you in resolving the issue. I understand that you are receiving a Blue Screen error on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

 

As you have mentioned that you are receiving the error even after reinstalling Windows, then in this case it could be possible that the issue is caused by a driver/software installed on the computer or it could be possible because of a hardware connected to the computer.

 

You may want to try installing the latest drivers on the computer and see if that helps.
