tcpip.sys BSOD error

I keep getting these, and it's quite upsetting. Anyone got any advice or suggestions?

Link to minidump file for my latest one is here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=10N3xqRyk_e4_U3IRjWM71gCEQo2QOWbP

Unfortunately, I don't have anything more comprehensive than that available to me...

Hello, the problem was caused by NETIO.sys.

There appears to be a program installed that may be causing problems with your network connectivity and may be contributing to the BSOD with the netio.sys.

That program is the NVIDIA Network Access Manager program.

The NVIDIA Network Access Manager is an optional program that may be offered during the installation of NVIDIA network adapter drivers. You can decline the invitation to install the NVIDIA Network Access Manager during any installation of NVIDIA adapter drivers, if it is offered.

The NVIDIA Network Access Manager software is not necessary and has been known to cause issues.

For now I would suggest to uninstall the NVIDIA Network Access Manager program using "Uninstall a program".

Then restart the computer and check the situation in the Device Manager concerning the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter which is presently disabled.

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I can't seem to locate NVIDIA Network Access Manager in my list of programs? I have the following NVIDIA programs listed in "Uninstall a program"

- NVIDIA 3D Vision Driver 397.93

- NVIDIA GeForce Experience 3.14.0.139

- NVIDIA Graphics Driver 397.93

- NVIDIA HD Audio Driver 1.3.37.4

- NVIDIA PhysX System Software 9.17.0524

Do I need to uninstall one of those, or is there another way to access and remove the Access Manager?

If you do not actually have that installed then no worries.

My first question is how often does this BSOD happen?

If you are able to, you should update your motherboards wired lan driver, your bluetooth driver, or a wireless ethernet driver. AS the problem is caused by some kind of network driver error.

The error seems to be related to wifi.

There does not appear to be NVIDIA Network Access Manager installed.

Can you do the following :

In the Device Manager double-click the wireless adapter > Driver

What is the "Driver Version" ?

Then click on the "Details" tab, then choose "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu under "Property".

What is listed under "Value"?

I have several devices listed under "Network Adapters" but I don't know which one I should be looking at...if you mean the Killer Wireless-n/a/ac/ 1535 Wireless Network Adapter, the version is 4.0.2.262, and it has 4 values:

PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_003E&SUBSYS_15351A56&REV_32
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_003E&SUBSYS_15351A56
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_003E&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_003E&CC_0280

Does that help? Sorry, I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking at...

The BSOD happens literally every time I try and stream something, typically in the evenings. I've tried updating a lot of drivers and my computer tells me they're all up to date, although an independant client says I have 24 out of date and tries to get me to buy into premium to update them...
