Taskmgr: process with the "green leaf icon"?

I'm trying to understand that icon without any keyword, can anyone give me a hand...

Windows 10 (x64) Redstone 4 ; 8GB RAM and Core i7.

You are running Redstone 4, also known as the Spring Creators Update, which is not the public release of Windows 10 but only available to Windows Insiders. I do not know the answer to your questions.
Microsoft recently introduced that Task Manager feature in the Windows Insider builds, and has not made public information about it. In the coming weeks, Microsoft will soon publicly release the next version of Windows 10, Redstone 4 also known as the Spring Creators Update. At that point, you may be able to find more information on Microsoft's website.
