Task Manager not showing processes

I've had two weird issues pop up in the last few weeks, both regarding Task Manager.

1. In the "Processes" tab, some processes do not show up, even when they are obviously running. This has led to a couple of issues when I needed to forcibly close a program or just check up on its memory usage. Here's a screenshot in which Chrome, Firefox, and Foobar are all running, but Task Manger refuses to acknowledge their existence. This is right after a restart of the computer.

However, closing and restarting Task Manager usually fixes this issue.

2. The second issue I have is that the "Details" tab of Task Manager will occasionally be completely blank, or show outright wrong information - for example, Firefox with ~30 tabs typically uses over 1GB of memory - however, I've had occasions when it appears in the details pane as using only 100MB. The same issue with various processes missing also occurs on the Details tab occasionally. Here's a screenshot of the blank issue, taken directly after a restart of the computer.

Closing and restarting Task Manager does not solve the issue with the Details pane, which is far more annoying.

Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to fix it? In the meantime, I'm going to use Process Explorer, but it'd be nice if I could get Task Manager working again.

Thanks for your feedback.

SFC ran without errors. DISM ran without errors.

Task Manager still has the issue.
