Hi Enzo,

This may happen due to a performance issue of the computer.

To help resolve your concern, kindly perform a clean boot. You may refer to this link.

It could be that thew normal usage of your computer is only reaching at 33%. Have you tried to download some large files, browse some videos in the internet or play online games? Does it make any difference?

Yea...

I do game, like, everyday...

But the usage never want to go above 33%

It still blocked.

And these are not little game, they are AAA game, who ask a lot a ressource and the disk is reading at more than 10mo/s. And i think, at 10mo/s, the disk usage is already above 33%

I also download, some file, link movie, music, ect...

I also go on youtube everyday

And i also play multiplayer game

but that seem to not affect this limit

EDIT: Resetting my pc don't solve the problem... Even in the factory settings

You will joke :)

The reason why it never go above 33% is because i was having two other external disk connected to my pc,

so windows combine the usage of all disk and divise by the number of disk connected, (100 / 3 = 33.33333....)

No probleme about that, i discover that two days ago :)

I've been having the same issue, where the highest it will go was like 34% in the processes tab but up to 100% in the performance tab when the hard drive was very active. Now after like 30 reinstallations of Windows 10 it's finally behaving like it's suppose to, reaching over 50%, at least that's what I think is suppose to be happening. I have an external hard drive connected as well, a My Passport. I'm just worried about having either a defective internal hard drive or corrupt OS. It seems like every clean install or repair-upgrade comes with different bugs each time. This time, the overall performance of the OS feels a little slower despite the hard drive issue disappearing in task manager.

Weird, my hard drive is performing better as well with the generic driver. I wonder if it's been a chipset driver glitch all along?
