Did you try to remove it using the program that detected the malware?

Did you seek advice from your antivirus provider (Avast, McAfee, Norton, Webroot, etc)?

Suggest you use two or more of the scanners in List of Malware Removal Tools

Or

See https://malwaretips.com/blogs/gen-variant-adware-graftor-removal/  You may not need Hitman Pro (available as a 30 day trial if needed) but note you may need to reset your browsers.

Hi Rohit, I’m Virginia an independent advisor here.
Try running these programs:
MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

If these do not fully remove the virus/malware then it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.

Hi Rohit

That is a false positive, msi.dll is a legitimate Windows file, it is the Windows Installer

What anti-virus are you using, you should add msi.dll to the exclusion list in your Anti-virus . . .

That is a Quick Heal detection, right?

Suggest reporting this false positive detection here: http://www.quickheal.com/submitticket
