SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (tcpip.sys)

Have this issue with (Subject: BSD Error Code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (tcpip.sys) having previously resolved a different BSD Code: Memory_Management

Resolved the 'Memory_Management' by replacing China Brand: 'hynix' memory sticks with Crucial brand and discovered that one of the 'Memory' slots was apparently at fault, because "When I loaded memory into that 'pair' of memory 'White color' slots the BSD continued several times a day.

When I loaded only the new Memory sticks into the 'Black color' slots, I no longer had any further 'MEMORY_MANAGEMENT' BSD Errors.

But a month later, I now have the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (tcpip.sys) BSD error.

Hi 1Eagle4, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

Open Windows File Explorer
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Zip up the contents of that folder
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

I had the same issue a few hours ago. I never had this problem before and I didn't change anything on my system for many weeks. But yesterday I updated my windows 10 Version 1703 to Build 15063.1206. I think the BSOD is related to this update. Here is my Minidump:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sCvkd2FQufVvlV9JLAMiB6SAWFChIBrM/view?usp=sharing

I have a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller and use the latest driver Microsoft offered for this controller (from 2015). I don't think this problem is driver related because I never had it before.

Perhaps you can tell me more after viewing the dump? Thank you!

Volker

P.S.: I noticed that the version number of TCPIP.SYS changed with my last cumulative update KB4338826 from 10.0.15063.1182 to 10.0.15063.1206. Now I replaced the new file with the old one from a backup. If the bluescreen disappears from now on, it's sure that the update caused the crashes and Micosoft is to blame for the problem.
