system32/config/systemprofile/Desktop is not accessible - Access is denied

It all started when i tried to update Intel graphics card after installing the update I restarted my laptop and a error pop up and said trying to resolve issue, then it would load and fail when I tried to put my laptop on safe mode it would go to the desktop but this would pop up system32/config/systemprofile/Desktop is not accessible - Access is denied 

And on top of that my mouse wouldn't work then it would say your pc ran into a problem again. Please I need help dont know what to do anymore.

Boot your laptop into Safe Mode

Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'

Navigate to this folder: C:\users\Default\

Right click and copy the Desktop folder that is contained in the Default Folder

Navigate to: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile

Right click inside systemprofile and Paste the Desktop folder into the systemprofile folder

Restart (not shut sown) your PC
