System thread exception not handled

I use a dock to allow multiple monitors. When I turn on my laptop, the dock will not run (it starts up with just the laptop monitor). If I then unplug and replug in the USB c for the dock, I will get the blue screen with the error "System thread exception not handled" the machine will then restart, and the multiple monitors will now work. This has been happening for a year, through multiple updates. Any ideas what to troubleshoot?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

Since there are blue screens, we can try looking into the dump files for a clue.

Please go to file explorer->This PC->C drive->Windows->minidump, and upload the DMP files there to a file-sharing service for our analysis.
