So I've been having this issue where my windows system and reserved space is taking up way over 100+ GB of storage on my PC which is far from normal. I've tried a few things already and gotten nowhere. I even tried using the index options method and performed a restart along with tried using TreeSize to see if I could find where the files were stored but nothing abnormal showed there either. I honestly have no clue at this point as I've never had this issue on any PC before.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.
System Reserve space is used to WinSxS folder and update folders.
1. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter
-> C:\Windows\Temp
-> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
2. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
In case of additional questions, reach out back to me, and I will be happy to help and try our best to resolve your issue.
Best Regards,
Prakash

As per my research it is not possible to change size of these reserved space , However You can disable or enable Reserved Storage on Windows 11 using below DISM command.
DISM /Online /Set-ReservedStorageState /State:Disabled

Ahh ok it's just a bit weird how everyone else I talk to on this only has like 30GB or so used up by "System & Reserved" yet I'm at nearly 150GB so it's a bit stupid tbh but I'll just disable that for now I'm on windows 10 though so I'll need to google the method for that on a win 10 pc which I think i may have done before somewhere before. Something definitely isn't right though.

You need to expand the top use folders to see more detail.
Program Files (x86) is a bit high but will be currently programs installed.
21.3GB (3 files) is a touch unusual. (without knowing what they are)
