Do you mean failed to load sudoku quest from msn games?
If so, I see the sudoku quest from msn games require Adobe Flash Player, so maybe your web browser disabled the flash. You'd better check the settings to enable flash player.
Here're some guides to enable Flash Player:
For edge:

For Chrome:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let me know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Do you play online or from the Premium Download here:
http://zone.msn.com/en/sudokuquest
If it's installed go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Sodokuquest > Advanced Settings > Reset.
If that doesn't help then Uninstall it in the same place. Restart PC then reinstall from a new download.
If you play in a browser, try another browser to compare. I would have several browsers on your task bar so there's always one that's best for the task. I use Firefox, Edge and Chrome in that order of preference. It's easy to share bookmarks between all of them in their settings under Import Favorites from another Browser. Set the preferred one as Default in Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
Also check each browser with this tool to make sure it's enabled:

You still should run the Flash tool I linked on Edge to make sure it's enabled.
Next I'd try Firefox. It's my default because it works better for me than either of the other two. So I recommend...
