sudoku quest

sudoku quest fails to load  both on Edge & Chrome   recent issue   why?
Hi , I am Dexter, an Independent Advisor, here to help you.

Do you mean failed to load sudoku quest from msn games?

If so, I see the sudoku quest from msn games require Adobe Flash Player, so maybe your web browser disabled the flash. You'd better check the settings to enable flash player.

Here're some guides to enable Flash Player:

For edge:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-p...

For Chrome:

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let me know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

Hi Ernest. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP here to help you.

Do you play online or from the Premium Download here:
http://zone.msn.com/en/sudokuquest

If it's installed go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Sodokuquest > Advanced Settings > Reset.

If that doesn't help then Uninstall it in the same place. Restart PC then reinstall from a new download.

If you play in a browser, try another browser to compare. I would have several browsers on your task bar so there's always one that's best for the task. I use Firefox, Edge and Chrome in that order of preference. It's easy to share bookmarks between all of them in their settings under Import Favorites from another Browser. Set the preferred one as Default in Settings > Apps > Default Apps.

Also check each browser with this tool to make sure it's enabled:
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. If you'll wait to rate whether my post helped you, I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

on wifes computer works fine...same config Win10 Edge...just cannot understand what issue could be..oh well after playing the silly thing for over 5000 times  (reached highest level}       maybe I am being told ...it's enough

Ernest, did you follow all of the steps I wrote out for you so far? Let me know if you need help performing any of them and I will help as needed. Then I'll have other steps to reset Edge which solves most problems, etc.

Got it.

You still should run the Flash tool I linked on Edge to make sure it's enabled.

Next I'd try Firefox. It's my default because it works better for me than either of the other two. So I recommend...
