Suddenly 100% CPU usage in all games

System specs-

CPU→Ryzen 5 3550H with Vega 8 integrated GPU GPU→Amd Rx560x dedicated gpu 

RAM→8GB 

1TB HDD 

Hey, Need your help!!!
I lose my hope and finally come here.

Today morning when i start my game my fps was very low around 20fps. I check that CPU usage is 100%
Suddenly i don't know what happen but my all games light one also using 100% CPU usage.
Cpu usage goes down to normal (0%-5%) when i close my game or benchmark .
I check in task manager my times that game is  using 100% CPU only.
When my laptop is not plugged in then also games are using 100%CPU if i open any game.

(Yesterday night everything was fine i was playing apex legends and getting stable 80FPS)

What i tried-
-Reinstalling GPU driver using DDU uninstaller
-I used avast anti-virus, malware-byte, quick heal total security but no thread or malware found
- Clean reinstall Window through USB
-Fully updated window 
-Tried High performance mode +Ryzen balanced mode 

Nothing seems to work

Please check graphic adaptor name and status in Device manager. Run resmon tool and on CPU tab check if system interrupts take noticeable part of CPU load.

Resmon tool? Are you taking about resource monitor?

Yes, resmon is a name of resource monitor's file.

I check in device manager both GPUs names are correct and status working fine.

Please sort the table by CPU column. And please show Disk tab with the first and second tables sorted by Total.
