Stuck on windows logo with no spinning dots.

So my pc was working fine before. I upgraded my motherboard ,ram and cpu. Pc works fine but when I would do something strenuous such as load up a game i would get a bluescreen with the code Memory_Management. I looked this up and saw that i needed to run driver verifier to see the problem. When i tried to reboot my pc it would just get stuck on the windows logo with no spinning dots. I could not access the recovery environment no matter what i tried so i had to use a media creation tool and accessed it from there, i then tried the repair startup option and it said that the issue could not be fixed. Through the recovery environment i managed to check my drives through the CMD and all my files are present. Im extremely frustrated and I have no clue what to do next. All my files a present but windows just wont seem to boot, any help?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Can you access Command Prompt?

If you can, run these commands to turn off Driver Verifier, then see if Windows will boot up normally.

verifier /reset

verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

I already tried the first command and it said no changes were made.

I will be away for the next few days so I wont be able to take much action. I have already issued a return of my ram and Im awaiting a new set.

Okay, I understand, hopefully replacing the RAM will resolve the problem.
