Stuck in Asus Bios Utility - Ez mode many times...

My laptop is currently in a loop whereby this above screen keeps appearing. I had tried the following

  • Select default settings (f9) then save and exit - failed attempt

  • Disabled secure boot control then save and exit - failed attempt

  • Rebooting using the only boot i have, "windows boot manager (sandisk sd8sb8u512g1002)" - failed attempt and back to same utility page

Please advise what should i do to go back to my login page. Thanks!

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

Please provide some more details to help to identify what is causing this problem. Which is the full model of your laptop? And attach a photo of the boot settings.
1-Press F7 to enter the Advanced mode
2-Then click on the Boot tab and take a photo of this screen
3-If you have a "Compatibility Support Module (CSM)" option click on that and take a photo of the option available

There is two possible cause for this error, the Bios cannot find any bootable device connected, or the F2/Del key is stuck which make the Bios enter the settings. You can use the SeaTools Bootable to scan your hard drive and check if there is any error on it. SeaTools Bootable includes several tests that will examine the physical media on your Seagate, Maxtor or Samsung disk drive and any non-Seagate disk drive.
