Strange pop-up notice after update

Anyone know what is this earth-shape pop-up notifications which I cannot click or get rid of it? It showed up after I installed feature updates 20h2. If I restart, it shows up suddenly in the righ-hand bottom corner which covers my 1/4 screeen. 

Hope someone can help!

Hi thanks for the screen shot, seems strange as it is not part of Windows, moreover to make sure, kindly disable all apps on your startup:

Open Task manager (Press CTRL+Shift+ESC)

Click startup then disable all which is not necessary.


Next is:
Clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

- In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.

- On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.

- Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.

- Close Task Manager.

- On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

This big white popup window with the globe, the disabled/error mark, and little "stars" orbiting it's part of Avira antivirus software.

I suggest uninstalling Avira and relying on Windows Security / Defender, especially if Avira's going to throw up garbage like this: mysteries like this are why one runs software like Avira, and yet Avira can't be bothered to label their popup window? 🤣

This really work for me, thanks. 
I just shut down the app in the task mananger in the datails area.

Had the same issue today. My Avira got uninstalled randomly when this popup appeared. I had to close all my tabs and restarted. I'm thinking twice about reinstalling avira.
