Store Windows 10. Error code 0x80240438

Hello!
Help please! When you try to download any application to store an error 0x80240438. How to fix?

I was getting this error today, the only fix that has worked thus far is disabling IPV6 in network adapter settings, then I was able to download and install apps from the app store without issue.

I would suggest you to follow the below methods.

Method: 1

Try running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.

Refer these steps:

  • Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  • Run the  Windows Store apps troubleshooter.            

Method: 2

Reset Store Cache.

  • Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
  • Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
  • Restart the computer and check.
