Hi, I was browsing this issue because I have had a couple of BSODs. I received the stop code: Irql not less or equal. I read on another thread that this is likely a driver-related issue, and others advised uploading the minidump for analysis. Please advise. Thank you.

This is the minidump from my most recent crash

Hello, and thank you for reaching out! My name is Nals, and I’m here to assist you today.

The analysis indicates that the issue is related to "vgk.sys," which is part of Vanguard anti-cheat software. Since this software interacts with the TPM on your motherboard, I recommend trying the following steps

    1. Visit your PC or motherboard manufacturer’s support page.
    2. Check for any available BIOS updates and follow the instructions to install them if needed.
    3. Uninstall the Vanguard anti-cheat software completely, restart your PC, and then download and reinstall the latest version.

If you have further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help!

    Best regards,

    Nals

Thank you. I will give these a try. Can you please analyze another instance to make sure it is the same issue?
