Be sure and check the hard drive and cabling. Remove ALL power then remove and replace the hard drive to ensure it has a good connection.

Boot with the Windows 10 USB and use StartUp Repair to see if it helps.
Try running StartUp Repair from a Windows 10 boot disk or USB drive.
That often will work when running from the recovery environment does
not. You can try Option 5 here and run StartUp Repair to see if it helps.
You would need to make a bootable USB or DVD using the Media Creation
Tool.

Have you added hardware recently or updated drivers? Be sure to look in Windows Updates to see if any drivers were updated there. Other lessor possibilities include antivirus/anti-spyware/security programs.
