STICKY NOTES FONT

From what I can see the sticky notes font in Windows 10 is supposed to be "Segoe Print". 

Mine is not and I can't figure out why or how to get it to normal.

I understand that you want to change the font in Sticky Notes. I’ll certainly help you with this.

 

I believe that with the new version of Sticky Notes we cannot change the font type. To know more about it, refer the section I can't change the font text or size from the article Troubleshoot Sticky Notes.

 

However, as you have mentioned that the font type of your Sticky Notes is different, you may want to try resetting the app and see if that helps. Before resetting the app, sign in to Sticky Notes with your Microsoft account to sync all your notes.

 

One the notes are synced, you can go to Start >> Settings >> Apps >> Apps & features. Look for Sticky Notes app, click on it, select Advanced options and click on Reset.

 

If you have any suggestions to for making Sticky Notes better, you can share your them. To do this, from the Notes List, click or tap Settings, and then under Help & feedback, click or tap Share feedback or go to the Sticky Notes suggestion portal.

I have already tried resetting the app and it didn't help.  The font is still not what it's supposed to be (segoe print).

Hi there - I'm on the Sticky Notes team. can you post a screenshot of what the app looks like for you? I've never heard of this behavior and we don't support different fonts so I'm very interested in what you're seeing.

Thanks for the screenshot! That is the only font we support on Sticky Notes. We do not support changing fonts - Word supports changing the font face, we do not. Even if you paste text from Word in a certain font and paste it into Sticky Notes, we will not retain that font face in Sticky Notes as we only support one font in the app. Hope that helps!

So this is the correct font?

Why do you call it segoe print when it doesn’t look like segoe print?

We use Segoe UI as the font in Sticky Notes. Not sure where the other font came from.

Ohhhh... Ok then.  I think it's probably good.  Everything I read said that it should be "segoe print" font.
