sound breaking up on laptop also just started running slow it started whilst i was on vshare watching football

sound breaking up on laptop also just started running slow, it started whilst i was on vshare watching football, i have scanned with malaware avast & anti spyware also defragged cleared up disk space cleared all temp files etc, even tried system restore but i cant find a restore point so i am at a loss as what to do next if anybody can help me i would be very grateful

thanks for the advice it was much appreciated ,however i decided to format the whole thing after backing everything up on portable hard drive .now its like ive got a new pc
