Something is consuming up all my disk space...

Hi, a couple of weeks ago my hard drive slowly started filling up. When i start my system windows disk space i check after some time it continuously decreasing and again when i restart system then it again go to some more free space then again consuming windows partition. Now I'm only at about 100 MB, and every couple of days it goes down to 0 kb and I have tried many other malware detectors like malwarebytes and some other but problem is not still resolved.  I can't figure out what is going on, so can someone help me? I've tried the following things:

-Cleaning up unnecessary things
-Using CCleaner (Like I said, it only cleans about 100 MB)
-Turning off System-Restore points
-Scanning with Malwarebytes
-Scanning with TDSS Killer

That's about it. Can someone help me? I'm not very good at doing computer things, so I would appreciate some feedback.
