Hi Gavin_586
Welcome to the Microsoft Community
Understanding your problem, all browsers on your computer are loading a white screen
Check network adapter settings
Make sure that the network adapter settings are correct and have not been accidentally configured to a particular state that is causing the problem.
Open Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections.
Right-click on the currently connected network adapter and select “Properties”.
Make sure that “Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and “Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” are both checked, and check their properties to make sure that they are set to “Obtain IP address automatically” and ‘Obtain DNS server address automatically’.
IP and DNS Configuration
You mentioned that you have already tried to refresh DNS, but we can check the IP and DNS configurations in more detail.
To update the IP address and flush the DNS cache:
Open a command prompt as administrator.
Enter the following commands, pressing Enter after each entry:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Check router and firewall settings
Ensure that the router or system firewall configuration is not affecting a specific site.
Try rebooting the router completely (unplugging it and waiting 30 seconds before plugging it in again).
Make sure there are no website filters or firewall rules set up in the router to block access to certain websites.
Check inbound and outbound rules in Windows Firewall Advanced Settings to confirm that normal traffic is not blocked.
Create a new user account
Sometimes a corrupted user profile can cause this problem. Create a new local user account and try to access the problematic websites in the new account to see if the white screen problem persists.
In the Settings application on the Windows device, select Accounts > Other Users.
Under “Add another user”, select “Add account”.
If the person you are adding already has a Microsoft account, enter the e-mail address
To create a local account, select the option “Add a user who does not have a Microsoft account”.
Follow the instructions to complete the account setup and set this account as an administrator account.
Restart the computer and log in to the account to test if the problem persists.
Contact me if you need anything else.
Best wishes
