"Some of these settings are managed by your organization" - for a Personal Windows 11 Home Edition Laptop

Good evening,

Yet another query, I get the following information for some settings: "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"

This is despite using a bought from new, Windows 11 Home Edition, x64 laptop.

Who is "my organisation"?

I am the only log in Account, and it is an Administrator. Although there does seem to be a RobW\User and RobW\Administrator when it comes to permissions...

I also run Norton 360 Platinum as third-party computer/internet security (and also Norton Utilities Ultimate, Norton Driver Updater [stopped using that], and Norton Anti-Track).

Could Norton be such a controlling bunch of freaks?

Hello, I'm Estrella, a fellow Microsoft user, and I'm here to assist you. I understand this situation has been challenging for you. I'll do my best to help you.

I suggest that you try uninstalling all third-party antivirus software, then check if the issue persists.

>>Some users reported that they experienced the same issue and that this method solved it. Click your Start Menu, then type 'Command Prompt.' Run it as an administrator, and then copy and paste each command below, one at a time.

Note: Some commands may fail. If that happens, please continue with the next command until the last one, then restart your computer and check.
