Sindhi keyboard on Windows 11 is missing

Hello,

In Windows 10 Sindhi keyboard was available in Language Settings:

But in Windows 11 it is not available.

1. What are Microsoft plans to add Sindhi keyboard in Windows 11?

2. What was the reason that it was not included in Windows 11?

3. Is there a way to make and submit Sindhi Language Pack or Sindhi Keyboard layout to Microsoft so that it can be included in Windows 11 through a Windows Update?

Hello Kyo,

The keyboard available is actually for Urdu. Sindhi has some different alphabets than Urdu. Can you please compare Sindhi keyboard on Windows 10 with the one in Windows 11 and you'll see the difference.

Ok my bad then, looks like I was using a custom keyboard layout.

Is there a way to submit correct/better keyboard layout for Sindhi (Arabic script)?

Hi Lateef_Sagar,

A tool for creating keyboard layouts is available at this link. 

Given the specificity of Sindhi, I'm not able to guarantee that the tool has the alphabet for the language you need.

I think your need for optimization of the keyboard layout is worth reporting.

Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.
