"\" sign is replaced with Japanese Yen Sign in CMD

So i want to run a command on CMD, but the \ sign is replaced with the Yen sign (as shown on the image bellow.) I had already changed my language to English US, removed the Japanese font package and language pack, but it still won't go away

Furthermore i can't do Alt + 92 and manually add the \ in.

I was hoping someone can look at this for me....
