I have been using Windows 11 Pro on a refurbished Dell Latitude-5490 i7 8th Gen with 16GB RAM & 512 GB SSD for the last 5-6 months. Recently, I decided to reset my PC to its factory settings to remove all the data stored in it. However, after the reset, Windows asked me to choose my region, keyboard layout, and network and then checked for updates. Next, I received a prompt asking me to set up the PC for work or school, but since I don't have a work account, I researched this error. I found a helpful video where the guy was also resetting his PC, and he received two options after choosing his region, keyboard layout, and network: "Personal Use" and "Work or School Use" which usually appears after when someone resets a PC. However, in my case, those options did not appear. I posted about this issue on the answers.microsoft.com forum, and someone suggested reinstalling Windows via bootable USB. I want to confirm whether this method will work, or if I should take my laptop to a professional.
