Side-by-side error HTC Sync Manager

I recently had the hard drive in my laptop replaced as the last one broke. I also have an HTC One S so one of the first things I did was re-download HTC Sync Manager but every time I click on it to open, it just comes up with an error saying that it is unable to start due to a side-by-side configuration error. I've had a look on the error log and have tried various things such as error checks etc. but nothing has worked. Just for extra information HTC Sync does open but HTC Sync Manager does not.

Based on the description provided, it looks you have issues with HTC One S sync issues.

 

As the issue is related to HTC One Sync manager, I would suggest you to contact them for further assistance.
