sfc /scannow cannot repair corrupted files and DISM not working

Hello,

My name is Dimitris and I have a PC with windows 11 installed and fully updated. I apologize in advance because English is not my native language. The computer was assembled on a retail store in my country and I was not provided with a DVD installation disk, because I was told that windows 11 do not offer such option. Regarding antivirus protection I have Bitdfender Total Security installed. Windows Defender is inactive but sometimes as a secondary protection I temporarily activate it to run a full virus scan and deactivate again. My problem is the following:

Today I tried to run a full scan with Windows Defender, but it was stuck during the scan. Most likely it is not relevant but yesterday I installed: 2024-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036980). After searching the forums I did the following:

1)ran sfc /scannow: It ends with Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

2)ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth: It stucks with a flashing dash after showing the image version.

3)I have extracted the sfcdetails.txt file and some files are either unrepairable or corrupted.

4)The wetransfer link for the sfc file is:

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Best Regards,

Dimitris

SFC couldn't repair a wallpaper (JPG) file. But it's not that critical.
