Method 1:
Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
1. Press Windows Key + R, type Control Panel.
2. Type Troubleshooting in the search bar, click on Troubleshooting.
3. Click on Hardware and Sound in the Troubleshooting
Window, click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the Troubleshooter.
If the issue still persists, follow method 2.
Method 2:
If you are able to see the device in Device Manager or if there any unknown devices appear in in Device Manager, then you may try to uninstall and reinstall the same and check, if it works.
a. Press Windows key + X on the desktop Screen and select
Device manager.
b. Expand the device in Device Manager and right-click on
driver and select ‘uninstall’.
c. Restart the computer and check, if it works.
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode:
1. Download the latest SDXC card driver from the manufacturer’s website.
2. Right-click on the setup file and click on "Properties".
3. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
4. Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
