saved pictures unavailable

for some odd reason when i check my saved photos it always says that its ether removed and or deleted, and i'm extremely confused

no, it never does that and i already found a copy of it by going into "this pc" and clicking 

pictures it leads me right to a "copy" of the file, but thanks
