Hi Batman, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.
Screen mirroring involves your graphics card, so I'd recommend firstly updating your graphics drivers. Here are links to the various manufacturer websites to download from:
AMD Radeon:
https://www.amd.com/en/support
NVIDIA GeForce:
https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Intel Graphics:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/...
After you've done that, you could try installing the Samsung software in Safe Mode:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/12376/...
I'd also recommend temporarily disabling antivirus software before installing, which is sometimes the cause of these issues.
Lastly, try the System File Checker before trying to install the Samsung software again:
- Click Start and type cmd.
- Right-click Command Prompt and run it as administrator.
- Type sfc /scannow
- Press Enter.
If none of the above helps, please let me know and I'll see what else we can try! Thanks!
