Let me help you with this issue.
I understand your sound automatically decreases.
Have you tried to check for conflicting apps?
Some apps with sound control (like audio managers, communication apps, or media players) may interfere with volume.
Check background apps and see if any could be controlling the sound.
Please follow the steps below to fix this issue.
1st is to run Windows Troubleshooter.
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter to see if Windows can detect and fix the issue.
The next step is to disable Communication Audio Adjustment
Sometimes Windows adjusts volume automatically when it detects communication (e.g., Skype, Teams, etc.).
Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound.
In the Communications tab, select "Do nothing" under "When Windows detects communications activity."
Click Apply and OK.
3rd step is to check Sound Enhancements
Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar and choose Sound settings.
Under Advanced settings, select All sound devices.
Click on your output device (speakers or headphones) and go to Enhancements or Properties.
Disable all enhancements by checking "Disable all enhancements" or unchecking individual ones.
Click Apply and OK.
If the above steps don't work, try to update the Audio driver by going to the support website of your device, download, install, and restart.
