Some tracks in CDs may contain digital rights management (DRM) protection, which may prevent normal ripping. This is usually a mechanism to prevent unauthorized copying.
At the same time, Windows Media Player is not a professional music ripping software, so there may be some unexpected problems during the ripping process. I suggest that you can try some other professional software to test whether this permission problem still occurs, such as Exact Audio Copy, dBpoweramp, etc.
