Reset Windows 10 Pro PC

when I try to reset my computer it gives me the following screen after it tries. What can I do to fix this?

Reset not working is a known issue. I advise you to use Fresh start instead which is same as a reset.

I have tried that already and just tried again. It restarts and goes to the proseries page. It gets to around 55% and then goes to the blue screen. Then I press continue and it tells me there was an error.

I am afraid then a reinstall is the next step. Backup your files before doing a clean install otherwise they would be moved to Windows.old(if you do not format the drive)
