Hi Raihan,
The issue with the proxy settings is persisting on my computer too.
I can tell you a fix but cannot assure the solution is permanent. The solution completely is based on registry editing. You can open Registry editor using the run command and typing 'regedit' in the box.
Solution:
Find the keys in registry with the following names in the folders mentioned below.
Proxyenable-------------change value to 0,
Proxyoverride, Proxyserver--------------delete
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Computer\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3996546682-3735944086-698702116-1001\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Proxysettingsperuser------------change value to 1
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
connection settings------------change value to 0
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
You are free to use the internet now. But once you restart your computer, there is a possibility that the proxy settings might reset. I am also trying to get my hands on a permanent fix for the issue. Hope I can find it soon.
