Remove the English (United States) Japanese ime in keyboard layout without reseting my pc

So I have this "English (United States) Japanese" because somehow in window set up I have this as one of my ime out of nowhere.

I have come across way to fix/remove this by find this ime in the lay out managment, adds it and remove it. But this English (United States) Japanese doesn't exist in adding lay out.
Other way to fix it is by resetting the pc which I don't want to do.
