Remove security updates

Good afternoon

After updates kb4560366 and kb4557957 my print spooler stops when I order printing on the HP Designjet 510 24in Printer.

The printer already has the latest driver found on the HP website.

How do I uninstall these updates?

I tried by the command "wusa / uninstall / kb: 4560366" and "wusa / uninstall / kb: 4557957" and also by Add or remove programs, updates.

Unsuccessfully.

Will there be any corrections regarding this incompatibility with this printer?

In other printers everything is normal, the problem is only with this model mentioned above.

You can try uninstalling the KB Update KB:4560960 and KB:4561608 as a workaround.

To uninstall the update using command prompt follow the steps below.
1. Press the Windows key
2. Type cmd in the search box
3. Right click on it and run the application using administrator.
4. A box will open.
5. Type the following command after replacing the KB ID with the one that you wish to uninstall: wusa /uninstall /kb:[id]
6. Example: wusa /uninstall /KB:4023057
7. Once done typing hit enter.

Once done uninstalling the both KB update restart your pc and try to check if issue persist.

We are having exactly the same issue as Marochavieira one by one our Office PCs have updated and we now only have 1 remaining PC left able to print (I've paused the updates) 

As above I have tried to remove the updates but to no avail.

From what I can see both Builds 18363.900 and 18362.900 have issues with the print spooler.

Hi, 

A fix has been pushed out. You can download it manually from Microsoft or I imagine it will arrive over Windows update at some point. It's KB4567523

thanks a lot. Unfortunately, printers wont work after KB4567523 on my X280 Lenovo.

windows 10 installed them please unistall them     I  cannot do it
