remove a document on background screen

I inadvertently put a document in the background screen. How do I remove it?

If I interpret correctly, you did this on wallpaper. Then you can change your wallpaper
Windows Key+i > Personalization > Background> Here, you can change wallpaper

Hi Steve

Restart (not shut down) your PC . . .

If that image of the document is still stuck on your desktop background:

Right click your Desktop and choose Personalization

Set background to solid color and then back to picture

If that still remains, open and close Task View, by clicking the button pictured below . . .
