Reinstall purchased MS Apps from Store on new computer

I purchased a surface book 2; there were several games I've paid for "premium" on my previous Surface and when I go to the store with my login, there isn't a way to see how to download them. I've found "orders" but there isn't an option there. Help?
Hi Kathy. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Open Microsoft Store app, click on Settings ... 3 dots at top right, then choose My Library. Your software downloads should all be queued there.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

No, I tried that and they are not there. I'm beginning to wonder if I have two MS accounts...I own a company and have one, but I'm wondering if the purchased may have been through another account. Also noticed when I look at my devices, this NEW Surface Book 2 is not listed. All seems odd to me.

Is there an easy way to know if I do have two accounts? I know that with Skype's purchase I had a login there...trying to sync them all if I can into one. Same email address though??

I appreciate any additional thoughts.

Hi Kathy.

Try to sign in with any possible email addresses you might have used for Microsoft Accounts here: https://login.live.com/

Then if the password fails choose Forgot my Password to reset it and get into the account to check.

So I tried that too. But what's odd is that I can see the Premium purchase in my orders in this account. It's there...showing that I bought it in March of this year. But it is not in the account. I have a snip of the purchase...

First, try signing out of the Microsoft Store. Click your Profile picture at the top right, click your account then sign out.

Restart your computer, launch the Microsoft Store app, sign in again, then attempt downloading again.

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)
Click My Library
Scroll through the list then click the game or app if its listed there, then click the download button.

If doesn't help, let us know and we can explore more options.
Best,
Andre

We may be getting somewhere. Here is what I think has happened so far.

1)  When I set up this new computer, because I own the company, I set it as a work/school since we subscribe to Office 365 and it remembered all those setting. Email address is my usual address. For the sake of this explanation, my picture is in black suit, brown glasses.

2)  I think the email address for "microsoft" is the same email but was perhaps with a different PW. May also have been my XBox Live login. I followed the advice here and logged out of the store. When I tried to log back in I said "forgot password" and reset it. When I logged in with new PW, my picture was , for the sake of this explanation, different from #1 above, in purple dress.  I found lots more in "my library" in the store, but still not the ones I purchased. That purchase, as noted in an earlier part of this thread, was noted in the original login, noted in #1 above.

3)  When I login to my MSN home page, I notice that I have the same pic with the purple dress, as #2 above. I also think this was my "real Skype" login, before I stopped using it. (I now mostly use Skype for business as part of my company, or Microsoft Teams for companies I consult for)

4)  When I login to my admin panel for Office 365, I see the same picture as #1 above, my Office 365 login where my name is my professional name Kathy Mills Chang, MCS-P, CCPC, CCCA.

5)  In this store account (purple dress) "my library" I have a huge number of apps and games, mostly free, that I recognize from my existing (one I just am replacing now) Surface Book and even my previous computer with Windows 10 and even an older one with Windows 8. I went into purchased and found the Microsoft Casual Games in question...and it was able to sync to my current account! Yay!

In closing, I think now it makes sense that I have had two MS accounts, same email address...one through Office 365 and one for all other MS products. I think I've now sorted out which PW goes with which, and how they are aligned. I will try to take it from here, but I thank you for helping this old granny with getting organized here.
