Hi,

1.       Why are you trying to delete the registry keys?

2.       Which registry are you referring to?

3.       Are you facing any issues after deleting the registry key?

It depends on what you have deleted (ex: key, value, data) but it usually means that not all of the subkeys were deleted.

Important: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click the following link.

Hope this information is helpful.
