Registry filter driver exception

Hi, sometimes when in idle and 2 times while browsing i got this bsod : registry filter driver exception, on eventviewer i get this error event id 1001, bugcheck :

0x00000135 (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffffa00eb1556f0, 0xfffff8012ac42cd0, 0xffffe48dd9e2b9e0). I dettagli sono stati salvati in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. ID segnalazione: 0eb6bf49-631e-48c3-85f7-ec97c934f412.

Also id event 41 Kernel Power, tried everything, updated all possible drivers, ran troubleshooting, virus scan , ram check, would like some help.

i7 9700    RTX 2080 sup     16 gb ram     mb z390

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supply unit. Can you replace it for checking?
Or carefully look at motherboard and PSU for leaked or swelled up capacitors (little barrels).
Sorry but this error make useless dump analysis.

I don't have another psu at the moment, will check them, but the event id 1001 is related to kernel 41?

Hardware faults may give very unexpected results.

Event id 1001 dump file can be of any help ? Cause its happening randomly and feel like May be a driver issue,

PC is brand new, 2 month, strange that psu or mb got any problem

Unfortunately all electronic devices may be faulty suddenly.
This is new PC so I suppose you have warranty. Can you use it?

Yes i do have warranty but i wanted to try to Fix it myself If it was software related, because send it to repair is going to take weeks, thanks for your help.

Than try to repair system files by
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
command from Windows PowerShell (administrator) environment.
Check it results.
If this will not help create Windows bootable media but do not boot from it, run setup from running Windows instead. This will keep all your files, apps and settings.
Please look for BSODs and errors in Event Viewer.

Already did the dism.exe , didnt find any problem, will try to reinstall Windows maybe. Thanks
