Recycle Bin Showing up under Quick Access

When clicking on desktop icon for Recycle Bin, the deleted files show up under Quick Access (I have no use for Quick Access). Shouldn't the Recycle Bin folder be shown? Please see screen shot.

Answer
Answer

I think that's normal. When I open Explorer Quick Access is highlighted in greyed just like you show.

You had said you couldn't change Quick Access to This PC in File Explorer > View > Options > Change Folder and Search Options > General tab > Open File Explorer to >This PC.

In that case File Explorer is corrupted enough it needs repair following the fixes I gave which work most for it.

But I don't think the Recycle Bin is a problem unless I'm missing something in your description.

Keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until the case is resolved.
