Recovering a family members account

My mother is desperately trying to recover her Microsoft account. She has filled the recovery form out on numerous occasions giving all the evidence they have asked for. It has been over a week , and still no response? My mother uses her email account for business and relies heavily on it. I have tried searching online for alternative solutions but it keeps coming back to ' having to fill out the recovery form'. Please help?

The recovery form is the first place to go. This is a user community forum and not Microsoft so no one here will be able to help directly.

What was the error when she tried to sign-in. Was it the account doesn't exist or has something been changed. Is the password rejected?

You should try Microsoft support directly via the Get Help app in windows or Contact Us - Microsoft Support in either case enter chat with an agent then Contact Support look for a call back or web chat option.
